For January 19th, 2010; I will do 16 lunges (8 per side); 20 bent over row and 20 rotated high row; 6 sumo squats and 6 squats; 10 bridges; 6 sets of the 3 items in "protect your knees"; 24 donkey kicks (12 per side); 12 double arm lifts; 12 water drops. Exercise descriptions are listed under the exercise label.
