Busy Day - Always is After a Monday Holiday

Workout was fun - I enjoy doing it all over the house - a little there, a little here. Feels like recess or something! Doing the same workout tomorrow but will have the new routine ready for the next day! Have fun and if you haven't started, do so now - you will never be sorry.

For January 20, 2010: I will do 16 lunges (8 per side); 20 bent over row and 20 rotated high row; 6 sumo squats and 6 squats; 10 bridges; 6 sets of the 3 items in "protect your knees"; 24 donkey kicks (12 per side); 12 double arm lifts; 12 water drops. Exercise descriptions are listed under the exercise label.

If the weather improves, will add some walking and even biking...
