Third workout - and I am counting

January 3, 2010:  Boy, am I late posting this today!!  Today's workout took less than 25 minutes - I think partly because I am learning the exercises and don't have to refer to the computer as much.  I feel as though I can concentrate on the technique a little more and not just hope I get through them.  Wasn't nearly enough donkey kicks - will do more tomorrow.  My husband has come down with the flu bug I am just getting over so he was not in the room to tease me about anything this time.  Kinda missed it...  I have not really been sore although I can feel I am doing something.  Glad I started slowly and I shall continue slowly - tomorrow's routine to post momentarily.
