Workout Routine for 1/4/2010

For tomorrow, January 4, 2010; Tomorrow will do 14 lunges (7 per side); 20 bent over row and 20 rotated high row; 5 sumo squats and 5 squats; 10 bridges; 6 sets of the 3 items in "protect your knees"; 20 donkey kicks (10 per side). I love the donkey kicks and with the squats and lunges I plan to get the lower body in shape so the bulky muscles will start burning calories! Oh yes and 10 double arm lifts; 10 water drops.
