Workout Routine for 1/3/2010
For tomorrow, January 3, 2010; Going to change the routine - dropping the "pullovers", "one minute routine" and the "skater squats". So, will do 12 lunges (6 per side); 20 bent over row and 20 rotated high row; 5 sumo squats and 5 squats; 10 bridges; 6 sets of the 3 items in "protect your knees"; 10 donkey kicks (5 per side) - just had to add them once I thought of them in reference to my goofy husband; 10 double arm lifts; 10 water drops. Exercise descriptions are listed under the exercise label. Think I am going to have to print them off for reference - you may want to as well. Looking forward to my 3rd big day!!
