Really plan to get fit in 2010 - Fourth Workout!
January 4, 2010 It is getting easier to do this - I can't wait until it is a habit, like wearing a seat belt. When I ascend and descend our stairs I can feel a little control over my muscles and remember what it felt like when I was a runner (very amateur) and had real control over my body. Am I too old to start running again?
