Workout Routine for 1/2/2010 - will be updated daily!

Tomorrow, January 2, 2010, I will do the following: 10 lunges (5 per side); 10 pullovers; 20 bent over row (20per side); 20 Rotated High Row (20 per side); 5 Sumo squats; 5 squats; 5 skater squats; 10 bridges; 6 sets of the 3 items in protect you knees; 3 sets of the one minute body firmer.
