Donkey Kick - Description

Kneel down on hands and knees, using your elbows to support your upper body. Lift one leg up and kick it straight in the air, upward toward ceiling. Try to kick as high as possible. Lower your bent leg until your knee is just below parallel to the floor. Repeat. Do all repitions on one leg before changing to other leg.

This is really a good one for getting back that perky butt!
