Where Have I Been?
I have been ill and so has my husband. I have actually been sick on and off since Dec. 24th. Finally had to shut down for a while and recover. Don't know if it is the flu and we did have our normal flu shots (not H1N1 shots). But it is a weird illness - can't sleep, cough a lot, no fever and worst of all NO energy. All I have done about working out during this last couple weeks are the occasional lunges (want to have a perky butt!). Only takes a couple minutes to do a dozen or so lunges while getting dressed - can even do them after you are dressed if your pants are not too tight. Some days I did not get dressed and it is easy to do them in your laying around on the couch attire. I am going to do my workout today - the routine from Jan.5 and will put up a different one for tomorrow.
