Exercises for Seniors - Real Seniors
I have targeted this at my physical age and condition. Although I am a senior, age 57 as of 2010, I have biked, kayaked, walked and climbed a lot of stairs over the last few years. I have only become a couch potato over the last year or so. I think about what if I had been a couch potato until I was 67 or 77 and had to start trying to workout then! Probably would not be doing lunges and donkey kicks in the first month. In response to seniors who have pointed this out to me and are in this position, I will add workouts, or at least exercise ideas for you!
