I just turned 57 this month and have decided it is time to quit cringing when I look in the mirror and start taking care of this slack, sagging, limp, droopy body! I don't necessarily want to change my dress or pant size - but I definitely want to be able to wear shorts and sleeveless shirts in the summer. And more importantly, I want to be able to bike, ski, golf and play with grandchildren into my 70's!
So, starting January 1st, 2010, I will begin a workout that is both sensible and achievable. I am going to post each day what I will do the next day - along with before pictures, pictures along the way and final pictures on Dec. 31, 2010! Come cheer me on and if you are working out as well, let's get fit together!
